Terms & Conditions

Terms for Using Our Texas Defensive Driving Course

These terms explain how our website, checkout, course access, completion requirements, certificates, and support work. By enrolling in or using this site, you agree to follow these terms and provide accurate information for your Texas defensive driving course.

Quick overview

1. Using the Website and Course

You agree to use this website lawfully and only for legitimate enrollment, course completion, certificate, or support purposes. You may not misuse the site, interfere with course delivery, attempt to bypass timers, quizzes, or completion requirements, or use automated methods to access protected parts of the course.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for confirming that you are eligible to take a Texas driving safety course for your specific situation. You are also responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including your name, email address, and any information needed for course access or certificate delivery. Do not share course access with another person.

3. Payments and Pricing

Payments are processed through our secure checkout flow. The total amount charged for course enrollment is $25. Free audio and standard certificate delivery by PDF download and email are included in that total, and no separate provider administrative fee or certificate delivery fee is added at checkout. If you have a payment issue or billing concern, contact us as soon as possible so we can review it.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case and may depend on course progress, account activity, certificate status, and court-related circumstances. A refund is not automatic simply because a court or insurer has separate requirements.

4. Course Completion Requirements

To complete the course, you must satisfy all required course elements, including seat-time requirements, chapter progress, and required chapter quizzes. Progress, timers, and completion checks are part of the course flow and may not be bypassed. We may limit, pause, or deny access if we detect misuse or activity that appears inconsistent with normal course completion.

5. Certificates and Delivery

Certificates are issued only after successful completion of the course. After completion, your certificate is available as an instant PDF download and a copy is sent by email at no extra charge. You are responsible for reviewing your certificate details promptly and for submitting your certificate wherever required, including to a court, insurer, or other third party.

If delays or corrections are needed because inaccurate information was submitted during enrollment or course completion, certificate delivery may be delayed until the issue is resolved.

6. Ticket Dismissal and Insurance Discount Limitations

Our course may be used in situations involving ticket dismissal or insurance discount requests, but we do not control court decisions, court deadlines, insurer rules, discount amounts, or acceptance requirements. You are responsible for verifying your own eligibility, deadlines, filing requirements, and submission instructions with the appropriate court or insurance company.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, tamper with, or disrupt the website, course content, certificate tools, or support systems. You may not impersonate another student, submit false information, or attempt to obtain a certificate without completing the course requirements.

8. Changes to the Site or Course

We may update the website, course features, policies, support options, or these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted unless a different effective date is stated. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

9. Contact Information

Questions about these terms? The cleanest option is to send us a message through our Contact page.
